Riley Miller
Riley Miller is a third-year student double-majoring in International
Relations and German (while minoring in international business) at
Grand Valley State University. On campus, he has served as the
President of the German Club, where he has led projects to host a
space for students passionate for the German language and culture. A
trip to the Christkindlmarkt in Chicago, International Football Cup
(co-hosted with the Polish and K-Pop groups), and an international
dinner of up to 100 guests are testaments to Riley's leadership.
Riley is also a returning student from Junior Year in Munich (one of
America's oldest study-abroad programs to Germany), where he studied
for a semester before COVID-19 quarantines forced his return to
Michigan. He is one of a few students looking to return with the
program for the Winter 2021 semester, granted that conditions then permit.
In his spare time, Riley enjoys spending time having drinks with his
friends and biking around in nature. He also enjoys travelling far and
near, even around his hometown of Wayland, Michigan.
