Christopher Marco
Christopher Marco is a senior at Grand Valley State University
studying Political Science and History Education. He is excited to
return to the Cook Leadership Academy as a Lead Fellow and hopes to
use this experience to develop the skills necessary to aid his local
community. A native of West Michigan, Christopher attended Hudsonville
High School where he participated in a number of activities including
tennis, golf, choir, and the Junior Statesmen of America club.
Christopher has interned with the Office of Congressman Bill Huizenga
and the Grand Rapids Department of Law, and recently graduated as a
Fellow from the Heritage Foundation Academy. As an underclassmen,
Christopher served as the Family Relations Chairman for the Alpha Tau
Omega fraternity, where he discovered the excitement of leading a team
and positively impacting others. Upon graduation, Christopher hopes to
attend graduate school to study politics and history. In his free
time, he enjoys running, golf, skiing, hiking, and tennis. He also
enjoys reading, photography, and trying new recipes in the kitchen
with his friends.
