Cameron Jowers
From Muskegon, MI, Cameron is a third year graduate student in the
Masters of Public Administration program at Grand Valley State
University and is pursuing a career in local/city governance. He
graduated from GVSU in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in criminal
justice and a minor in juvenile justice. Cameron served in the GVSU
Department of Public Safety from 2016-2021 and currently serves the
university as the Pew Campus Mail Clerk. He has also served on the
GVSU International City/County Management Association Executive Board
since 2019. He is an avid outdoorsman and spends most of his free time
backpacking, hiking, gardening, and practicing landscape photography
with his 2 dogs and his wife Annie.
