Hayley Blair
Hayley is a fourth year student at Grand Valley State University
pursuing a degree in Biology with an emphasis in Evolutionary Biology
and Ecology with a minor in Spanish and a minor in Environmental
Studies and Sustainability. Throughout her time at Grand Valley,
Hayley has been actively involved with many different volunteer
opportunities. She is a volunteer through the CSLC and participated in
an Alternative Breaks trip her sophomore year. Hayley also enjoys
volunteering in the GV community; The Other Ways Ministries food
pantry and the West Michigan Humane Society to name a few. She was an
intern at the Sustainable Agriculture Project this past summer and she
is the current Farm Club President. Hayley has been a Transitions
Leader for three years for incoming Freshman. Hayley also interned for
the Director of the Office of Sustainability Practices and she
currently works at the GVSU library as a Lead student. Goals she hopes
to achieve in CLA: meeting new people and creating more connections
within the GVSU community and surrounding areas. Hayley hopes to join
the Peace Corps after graduating from GVSU. She is passionate about
helping the environment and others, wants to travel the world, loves
tacos, trying new things and hopes to be fluent in Spanish!
