How to Access Navigate360 Training

To Access and Enroll in a Navigate360 Training Session, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Workday Account using your GVSU network credentials
2. Hover over the "personal" icon along the left side menu and select "Learning."
3. Click on the "Discover" link along the left side menu of your Workday Learning landing page.
4. Click the "Browse Learning" blue button.
5. Using the long search bar that is immediately above the class listing (NOT the smaller search bar at the top of your screen), type in the term "Navigate."
6. Select the program titled "Navigate360 Training for New and Returning Faculty"
7. Click the blue "Select Offering" button on the right side of your screen underneath the Introducing Navigate360 image.
8. This will show you available classes and you can select one by checking the appropriate box and then clicking "okay."

Navigate360 training will be offered for new and return faculty virtually on the following dates:

• Monday, August 10, 2026 from 9am–10am
• Monday, August 10, 2026 from 1pm–2pm
• Wednesday, August 12, 2026 from 10am–11am
• Wednesday, August 12, 2026 from 2pm–3pm
