Brooks Twist
Brooks Twist is a non-traditional senior pursing his Business
Economics and Finance degree. His focus in Economics is on the
relationship between entrepreneurship and economic growth. He owns an
operational finance firm servicing a diverse group of business owners
and non-profits. He worked in craft beer for 8 years and knows the
best places in town to get a pint. Recently married in January of
2022, Brooks and his wife Leah, along with their two dogs Gus and
Winston, enjoy hiking daily and trips out to the beach. Brooks is an
adventurer having recently climbed Mt. Rainier, completed a bike ride
across Michigan in one day, and now has his sights set on the Chicago
to Mackinac sailing race. For this school year, Brooks is most excited
about developing his leadership skills and helping his cohorts to the same.
