Julia Smolinski
Julia Smolinski is a first-year CLA fellow candidate. She is a
Sophomore majoring in International Relations and minoring in Music,
and is a member of the Frederik Meijer Honors College, Grand Valley
Symphony Orchestra, and various other clubs and organizations. During
her time as a CLA fellow candidate, she hopes to form long-lasting
relationships with her peers and mentors, accomplish important career
and educational goals, and explore all of the various opportunities
the CLA has to offer to its participants. After graduation, Julia will
either continue her studies in graduate school or begin working, and
hopes to to return to her hometown of the Chicago metro area. Outside
of work and academics, she loves to spend her time doing things such
as cooking, baking, reading, writing, working out, watching TV shows
and movies, and spending time with friends and family.
