RSO Reoccurring Semester Space Request Form
- This space request form is for GVSU REGISTERED STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS ONLY.
- If you are an off-campus group requesting space please complete the Facility Rental/Group Event Request Form.
- To reserve space on-campus, RSOs must be current and in good-standing on OrgSync.
- Use this form for reoccurring semester practice/meeting requests ONLY.
- Only one semester will be scheduled at a time. Fall requests DO NOT transfer over from the winter semester. Requests for the fall semester should be turned in by July 15. Requests for winter semester should be turned in by November 15.
- For special events & fundraisers requests please complete the
Rental/Group Event Request Form.
- RSOs requesting a fundraiser in an Athletic & Recreation Facility must also complete a Athletic & Recreation Facilities RSO Fundraising Application.
