The L.V. Eberhard Center, located on the Robert C. Pew Grand Rapids Campus of Grand Valley State University, will undergo an extensive renovation beginning in May 2026 and continuing through approximately Fall 2028. Renderings and design details will be shared in the near future.

During this time, we invite you to explore our other event spaces in downtown Grand Rapids on the Pew and Health Campuses, as well as the The Alumni House & Visitor Center on the Allendale Campus.

Located in downtown Grand Rapids, the Richard M. DeVos Center serves as the heart of the Robert C. Pew Campus.  With its vibrant community of student and academic life, the DeVos Center is home to the University Bookstore, Plaza Cafe, Student Services Office, and multiple meeting and event spaces.  Supporting the academic mission of Grand Valley State University, DeVos Center facilities provide a venue for university business and entertaining, and other professional or community education.

All events held in the DeVos Center must be academically related, or have a business related/community focus.

The four-story, 127,643 square foot building features a state of the art Tilkin Financial Markets Center, case rooms, 15 breakout team rooms for student interaction, and an accounting tutoring lab.  The center includes nine Bloomberg computer terminals where students can monitor and access stock market action.  It also has an interactive flat screen TV which also displays financial data.  Three innovative cluster classrooms have tables with chairs that can easily be rotated to allow the class to break down to do group learning exercises.

The building contains:

• 1- 30 Person Boardroom
• 15 Classrooms
• 7 Conference Rooms
• State of the Art Trading Room

The Bicycle Factory is located on the south edge of the Robert C. Pew Campus.  It sits on the historical site of the Grand Rapids Bicycle Factory which burned to the ground in February 2007.  
This building was opened in March 2009 by McGraw Construction.  GVSU leases to own two floors in the building which equal 26,000 square feet.

This building contains:

• 2 Conference Rooms
• 3 Training Rooms
• LEED certified
