Detroit Center
The Detroit Center located in downtown Detroit, the historic three story brick and terra cotta building is a substantial Renaissance revival building with modern tendencies. The GVSU Detroit Center houses classrooms for both the GV Charter Schools office & the College of Education and Community Innovation. This space also holds the Regional offices for the Small Business Development Center and serves as a central location for Grand Valley professionals conducting business in southeast Michigan.

Muskegon Innovation Hub
The Muskegon Innovation Hub has over 3,000 square feet of training and event space available for business and nonprofit rental. The facility includes:
- One meeting room with digital audio/visual equipment that can accommodate up to 45 attendees
- One large space with digital audio/visual equipment that can accommodate up to 125 attendees
- Two small meeting rooms, which are set up for multimedia conferencing
Each space has a “base” setup, but can be configured to match event needs. It is possible to rent all available meeting space to accommodate larger events, such as trade shows or events with multiple breakout sessions.
