About Us:

At Staybridge Suites, we strive to create a home-like atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to add to our front desk team!

Your Role:

- Oversee front desk day to day tasks and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

- Manage the check-in and check-out process while addressing guest inquiries and concerns.

- Deliver outstanding customer service.

- Hospitality virtual training through IHG

- Stocking the Pantry market in the lobby

- Respond to guest phone calls and emails

- Ensure all guest requests are met with highest level of respect and professionalism

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

- Availability for shifts schedule 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

- Open availability is preferred and weekend availability is required

- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality is preferred.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

- Problem-solving abilities and a guest-focused mindset.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
