Description

The Weddings and Speical Events Associate coordinates private event rentals at Wellfield Botanic Gardens.The associate will coordinate onsite tours and sales. Complete Rental Agreements and oversee compliance of rental contract. Monitor event calendar schedule to avoid conflict of events and spaces. Complete event layouts and communicate event details to the WBG staff. Assist with event set up, event execution, and event tear down. Ensure facilities remain clean and tidy. Restock supplies as needed. Works with Marketing Manager to promote rental opportunities. Provide event support for WBG public signature events.
