At Paving the Way for Future Generations: Stories of African Americans Who Were Firsts at Grand Valley, guests enjoyed reflecting on and paying tribute to the courageous individuals who helped pave the way for diversity at Grand Valley. The event was co-hosted by Grand Valley's Division of Inclusion and Equity and the African American Alumni Chapter.
