This page contains a series of links to pre-designed templates and materials available on various platforms. These platforms include Adobe Express, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and online storefronts hosted by Foremost Graphics and MBK Promotions.
Adobe Express
Grand Valley students and employees have university-wide access to Adobe Express, a simple-to-use web-hosted design platform that allows users to create a variety of items used in everyday communications. We've developed a brief instructional page to help you familiarize yourself with the platform. Note: a valid GVSU network login is required to view the instructions.
Foremost Online Storefront
For professionally printed results, we strongly suggest taking advantage of the items available for customization and ordering in our online storefront. We've partnered with Foremost Graphics to offer a variety of customizable printed items, from postcards to brochures to retractable banners.
If you’re new to the online store, you will need to create a username and password in order to access the site and its content. A valid GVSU faculty/staff email address is required to create your free account.
MBK Online Storefront
If you are looking for fun promotional products, look no further than our online storefront. We've partnered with MBK Promotions to offer a variety of customizable items, from office supplies to drinkware, technology gifts to bags and accessories.

Self-Service Tools Overview Video
Explore the suite of tools now available to support your work — refreshed identity website, Adobe Express templates, Foremost Storefront, Academic Programs site, and the new campus map tool. This video lesson is hosted in Workday and will require a valid GVSU faculty/staff login to access.

Invitations and envelopes
Use these folded 5" x 7" invitations and A7 envelopes to invite guests to your speaker engagements, celebrations, and other Grand Valley events. An account is required to access online storefront templates.
Letterhead
These university-branded letterhead templates are intended for use with your everyday communications. You may not create department, college, or other letterhead than what is available here.
To order printed letterhead, please visit copycenter.gvsu.edu, log in using your department log in, and choose the "Store Order" tab.
Instructions
- Select and download the letterhead file you wish to use.
- Open the .dotx file in Microsoft Word.
- Craft the body of your letter using the predefined fonts and margins. Do not edit the header or footer content — these are the essential elements of the approved letterhead.
- Save your letter as a PDF and send electronically.
Notecards and envelopes
Clean, simple, folded blank notecards and envelopes. Notecards are 4.25" x 5.5" and feature the 2-color Grand Valley logo on the front. A2 envelopes available. Offered through our Foremost storefront. Note: these are not customizable. An account is required to order these items.
Postcards
Standard (4.25" x 6") and oversized (6" x 11") postcard options are available via our Foremost storefront. An account is required to access online storefront templates.
