The GVSU Financial Aid Portal is available to submit most financial aid documents. For more information on which items can be submitted via the Portal, please visit: www.gvsu.edu/financialaid/portal.
The forms listed below are not currently able to be submitted via the Financial Aid Portal. Please download, print and complete the form you need to submit to the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships. Forms may be mailed, dropped off or faxed to our office for review.
