GVSU Night at the Detroit Red Wings - January 11, 2024

On Thursday, January 11, 2024, GVSU alums gathered at Little Caesar's Arena to watch the Detroit Red Wings take on the Edmonton Oilers. Each alum was given a Detroit Red Wing and GVSU Lakers co-branded jersey and had the opportunity to win Laker swag! During Detroit Sports Week, a total of $2025 was raised through ticket sales to support GVSU's Student Scholarship Fund.
