Emily’s scholarship and community engagement is aimed at improving service delivery for victims of gender-based violence, specifically how college campuses can better respond to sexual violence.  Her dissertation focuses on how federal guidances and policies influence the implementation of sexual violence investigation, intervention, and prevention services on college campuses, and how college campuses can more effectively met the needs of victims.
