TENANT PERMITS
Tenant parking is for tenants with lease/parking agreements for spaces in University buildings. Please refer to your lease or parking agreement as to where these permits are valid. This permit is not valid in Pay-to-Park or other designated areas on campus.

Allendale/Valley Campus
Please contact Parking Services on the Allendale Campus (331-7275) to confirm where your tenant permit is valid.
Pew/City Campus
Please contact Parking Services on the Robert C. Pew Campus (331-6601) to confirm where your tenant permit is valid.
Add a shortcut of citizen connect portal to your phone
iPhone/iOS
- Navigate to the citizen connect portal and load that page
- Tap the share button (square with arrow point up) at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”
- Adjust the bookmark name if needed and then tap “Add” at the top right
Android
- Navigate to the citizen connect portal and load that page
- Tap on the 3-dots icon from the upper-right corner to access the menu
- Tap on the option labeled as “Add shortcut to Home screen”
