Overnight Guest Parking
Visitors staying on campus overnight must obtain a parking permit. Overnight visitors are limited to 20 overnight permits per year (10 per semester). One you have reached 10 permits, you will be required to pay to park on campus. The University reserves the right to restrict overnight parking.
Guests who plan to park during overnight hours must request a overnight visitor permit

This permit is not valid in speciality spaces, pay-2-park, or on the sidewalk.
Permit Requirement Times
Visitor Overnight Permits are required 24/7 on the Allendale/ Valley Campus and the Grand Rapids/ City Campus.

Allendale Overnight Visitors
Visitors on the Allendale/Valley Campus will need to stop into our Parking Office (Service Building, Allendale Campus: 11106 Service Dr. Allendale, MI 49401) during normal business hours to obtain a visitor permit. The visitor must have their ID ready to present. Hours are below:
Fall and Winter
Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Spring and Summer
Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Break Days
8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Grand Rapids Overnight Visitors
Visitors on the Grand Rapids Pew/City Campus will need to stop into our Parking Office (Eberhard Center, Pew Campus: 301 West Fulton St Grand Rapids, MI 49504) during normal business hours to obtain a visitor permit. The visitor must have their ID ready to present. Hours are below:
Fall and Winter
Sunday: 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Spring and Summer
Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Break Days
7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
