Contact with the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution
If you are contacted by the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution (OSCCR), it is important to read the email/letter and respond in a timely fashion.
Being contacted by OSCCR does not necessarily mean that you are in trouble, we may simply want you to schedule a meeting with one of our staff members.
In the event that we are unable to reach you and we believe you were involved in a situation where the Student Code may have been violated, we will move forward with or without your presence.
Most communication from OSCCR will be an email directing students to a Student Interface. This interface gives students the opportunity to view all letters, upcoming meetings, and other obligations in connection with OSCCR.

More information about student rights and the conduct process can be found in the Student Code.
When you are charged with a violation of the Student Code, a Conflict Resolution Facilitator will be assigned to oversee your case and serve as a resource to you.
Contact information for your Conflict Resolution Facilitator will be included in the Referral Letter you receive from the Office of Student Conduct.
We encourage you to contact your assigned Conflict Resolution Facilitator to discuss your situation even if you do not have any questions, as it may help you to better understand the Student Conduct Process.
