Privacy

The Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution (OSCCR) may notify your parents/guardians when you are charged with a violation of the Anchor if you are under 18 years old.

As a student over the age of 18, you and your records are protected by The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Our office is limited in what we can share with parent(s)/guardian(s) regarding you and your records, however if you would like your parent(s)/guardian(s) to be able to have information to better support you and your involvement in the Student Conduct Process, you must complete a FERPA Release and submit it to OSCCR.
