Senior Recognition Ceremonies

Senior Recognition Ceremony

At the end of every semester, we recognize and celebrate our graduating seniors. We hold the smaller December ceremony in the Kirkhof Center on the Allendale campus, and we hold the larger April ceremony in the Eberhard Center on the Grand Rapids campus. In April, we also recognize outstanding senior project winners in five categories as well as our Outstanding Leadership and Service Award winner. The winner of the final student award, the Outstanding Senior Award, is invited to deliver a brief speech to the assembled guests. Our April 2019 ceremony was attended by over 750 people, including 200 graduating seniors.

The April 2020, December 2020, and April 2021 senior recognition ceremonies were held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Check out the senior profile books for April 2020, December 2020, and April 2021!
