Traveling by passenger van to Wichita, Kansas, with a motley group of GVSU students to frame a house as part of the Alternative Spring Break (ASB) program has to be among my favorite college memories. I met some amazing people on that trip.
My favorite memory was winning the 2011 ACHA Division II National Championship with the GVSU Men's Division II Hockey team!
During my junior and senior at GVSU, I partnered closely with Troy Farley and the Career Center to help center my aspirations and natural inclinations toward business and marketing.
Students interested in combining their study abroad experience with an internship, or those looking to focus solely on an internship, have many options. Customized internships are available in a few locations through GVSU internships, as well as other programs such as ELAP and World Endeavors.
