| Multi-level Coursework | Records and Registration | Students seeking to take courses at a level different from their primary program of study complete the dual-level form and are then administratively registered for the graduate-level course and that course would then live on a graduate-level record. From the student’s point of view, they will not see any changes to their academic record. |
Students seeking to take course at a level different from their primary program of study will continue to complete the dual level request form. The Registrar’s Office will create a new administrative application on the student’s behalf, so the student will see two academic records on under their Academics tab. The student will then either be administratively registered for the courses or they will be granted tokens to apply for the courses they want to take at the level that is different from the primary program of study. |
| Combined Degree Programs | Records and Registration | Students participating in a combined degree program apply to the graduate portion of their program in Slate for the semester after completion of their 12th graduate credit. This allows the student's tuition to remain at the undergraduate rate until their 12th graduate credit, but they are not included in graduate program reports. |
