Find 8 QR codes for a chance to win a prize!
What you need to know:
- There are a total of 16 hidden QR codes around the Allendale and Downtown Campuses (8 in Allendale, 7 in Grand Rapids and 1 in Standale).
- Your goal is to locate and scan a QR code from each dimension. (Hint: QR codes are located in spaces that relate to that dimension of wellness).
- Fill out the form and submit it to be counted as a successful entry into the raffle.
- Scavenger Hunt ends Dec. 8th at 12pm!
Extra Entries:
- Take pictures along the way to document your journey
- Submit a photo to document how you support your wellness in each dimension
- 2 photo submissions = 1 extra entry!

Environmental Wellness

Clue: This place allows students in need to select from an array of essential items, spanning from food to clothing and beyond.
Intellectual Wellness
Clue: Find the writing consultants here as they can provide one-to-one support, classroom support, and facilitate group papers.
Occupational Wellness
Clue: Come to this pod to study or record audio. It is equiped with two microphones and an audio mixer.
Physical Wellness
Clue: Free of charge to all GVSU Student, the Physical Therapist or Athletic Trainer can help you with all your needs here.
Social Wellness
Clue: Want to pick up a new hobby or join a new club? Go to this place to get some inspiration!
Spiritual Wellness
Clue: Head over to the GVSU 'CDC' to find your QR code. It's not about controlling diseases but controlling your journey!
