Description
The School of Social Work Hooding and Pinning Ceremony will take
place on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 6pm to 8pm at
Grand Rapids First,
2100 44th St SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49519
The venue is large enough to accommodate all student’s family and friends (no tickets necessary)
Please take note of the following:
1. All students who plan to attend the Hooding and Pinning Ceremony must register using the link below:

Confirmation of registration will be emailed to students by Wednesday, April 11, 2018
2. Students are to arrive at the venue for the ceremony by 5pm
3. Students are to wear their caps and gowns.
4. Purchase caps and gowns at GradFest on April 18 or 19, 2018 at the
Lubbers Exhibition Hall in the DeVos Center between 10am and 6pm
Tip: You may iron your gown using a warm setting, or toss the gown in the dryer along with a damp cloth for 5-7 minutes on low heat. Remove the gown from the dryer immediately, and place it on a hanger.
