Time Ticket Holds for Advanced Registration are now on student accounts. Please contact our office with any questions regarding holds. These holds will prevent access to registration until your registration date.

Our phone hours from March 20th – April 4th will be 7AM-6PM, except for Fridays, which will be 7am-5pm; our in-person hours will remain 8am-5pm. On April 5th, our phone hours will go back to 8am-5pm.

Need to Withdraw?

If you need to withdraw from a course, please use the Course Index to find the specific withdrawal deadlines.

Please send the Registration Drop/Add Form (for anything less than your entire semester schedule) or the Complete Withdrawal Form (for withdrawing from all your courses for the semester) to our office at [email protected] or come to our Student Assistance Centers. Please note that the Complete Withdrawal Form requires a handwritten (not a typed, font, or digital stamp) signature.

Registration

Registration is how students sign up for courses. At Grand Valley, students can register for the full academic year.

Academic Records

The Registrar's Office assists students and alumni with transcripts, enrollment verifications, reverse transfer information, and any additional records request.

Graduation

When you are nearing the completion of your program - usually the semester before you plan to finish your degree requirements - you must file an application for graduation.
