Permit Refund Request
Please fill out the permit refund request form if you do not require a parking permit for the 25-26 Academic Year.
Please note that after a permit refund is completed, allow 2-4 business days for that to reflect on your student account.
The permit refund request form will only be available during the refund period, which aligns with the set GVSU refund schedule.
Winter 26' 75% Refund Deadline
Winter Semester 26' 100% Refund Deadline has passed as of January 16, 2026 @ 5 PM
Refunds submitted after 5 PM on January 16 will only be accepted at 75% until February 6, 2026 by 5:00 p.m
