Grand Valley Parking Services is the main Lost and Found for the Allendale Campus
If you are looking for items lost on the Robert C. Pew Grand Rapids Campus and the Health Campus, please call 616-331-6601.
Our department will no longer be accepting property of minor value; however, the following buildings will hold items of minor value for a short period of time: Kirkhof Center, Kelly Family Sports Center, and the Fieldhouse/Recreation Center. The I.T. department handles recovered flash drives. Please call the I.T. Helpdesk at 331-2101 if you have lost a flash drive.
Grand Valley Parking Services will continue to accept and manage property of major value.
- To retrieve a lost item, please stop by our office during business hours.
- You must present valid photo identification to claim your property.
All items of value are held for 6 months. After that time, items are donated to local charities.
If you have lost an item:
Please call 616-331-7275 or stop by our office during business hours to give a description of the lost item. We will attempt to match what you have lost with any similar items that may have been turned in to our department. If we cannot match your item, we will log your information and description in our database and contact you if it is found.
If you have found an item:
Please bring the item to Parking Services during business hours so we can log the item in our database and attempt to match the item to items reported as lost. The property will then be secured and stored.
