Description
Guest Services Team Members are responsible for assisting vacation rental guests before, during and after their reservations. Responsibilities include taking reservations by phone and through software, assisting guests when checking into their reserved rental property, working with guests throughout their stay to ensure they have an enjoyable vacation. Team members also assist guests in planning various activities during their stay such as boat & bike rentals, dining reservations, etc.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated, energetic and passionate about having a career in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills (both on the phone and in person).
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent writing skills across a variety of formats (emails, web and social media content).
