Contact Event Services regarding availability.  Thornapple is an as-is room with banquet rounds for 80 and a few high top tables around the perimeter.  It features an in-house audio system with microphones and an input for a laptop or tablet for music.

This room has Verb tables which are great as they fold up and are on wheels.  The rooms that have these tables can be setup in whatever way you sees fit.  Hollow Square, Seminar, and U-shaped are the most common.

1104 is also a Zoom Room which already has a camera, microphones, and the Zoom software installed.  You can easily call into an already created Zoom meeting or share the meeting ID and password for the room to other attendees.
