This presentation explores the practical applications and ethical considerations when using AI in your career search. Beginning with an overview of AI usage, resources, and limitations, we will explore how AI can be harnessed to enhance your career search. More importantly, while acknowledging the potential of AI, this presentation also addresses the critical ethical considerations and challenges that arise, aiming to equip individuals with the knowledge to implement AI responsibly. Attendees will leave with an understanding of AI’s capabilities, limitations, and the roadmap to ethically integrate AI tools into their career search.
