In our next McKinsey Unpacked session, Adam Sabow and Lucy Pérez will
explore the connection between womens health and economic mobility
and why its becoming one of the most important, and overlooked,
issues in global health.This conversation will look at a challenge that
extends far beyond healthcare. When women spend more of their lives in
poor health, the effects show up everywhere: in careers, productivity,
economies...Adam will bring perspective from McKinseys work across
public health, social sector, and government institutions. Lucy will
share insights from her work leading the McKinsey Health Institute,
including what the womens health gap reveals about how care is
delivered, where investment has lagged, and why closing that gap could
unlock healthier lives and stronger economies.Along the way, well
also explore a more personal question: how do you build a career around
issues that matter deeply to you?From defining moments to practical
skill building, this session will offer a look at how purpose and
