Serving as a Resident Assistant for three years, building relationships with staff and students, all working to make GVSU a better place to live and learn.
Being the Victorian of the first graduating class.
My favorite GVSU memory was Lavender Graduation. It was amazing to be in community with so many peers I had learned from throughout my time at GVSU and to celebrate faculty and staff who uplifted and supported us.
In my 2nd year on campus I took a job with GV Public Safety. Working with DPS introduced me to the world of policing. I soon after found myself changing my major and starting down a new career path.
