This program equips students with a comprehensive foundation across biology, chemistry, earth science, and physics while emphasizing the pedagogical skills needed to effectively teach science in grades 5 through 12. It is tailored for those seeking certification to teach both general and discipline-specific science courses, offering a blend of content mastery and instructional expertise that aligns with Michigan’s teacher certification standards.
