Workday Student Unit Readiness Teams

Unit readiness teams consists of WDS Leaders, Liaisons, Advisory group members, Subject Matter Experts, and key stakeholders (faculty, advisor, PSS, and Unit Head representatives). Key activities of unit readiness teams include:

  • Meet monthly to discuss WDS changes and how they impact a college/unit's faculty, staff, and students
  • Share key messages with faculty, staff, and students
  • Prepare faculty and staff for the transition by prioritizing training and allowing time for the learning curve
