Workday Student Liaisons
What will Workday Student (WDS) Liaisons do?
The Workday Student Liaisons will:
- Attend regular meetings series and cascade/discuss info from project team
- Connect with their college/department Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) & leaders
- Help determine how your unit will be impacted by the changes
- Participate in readiness planning
- Plan unit communications / engagements, ie. faculty/staff unit meetings
- More later in project to include testing, training, and go-live support with Super Users
The Workday Student Liaisons are made up of key campus roles that support academic operations and student success.
Primary members are:

- Professional Support Staff
- Student Success Coaches

The Workday Student Liaisons play a key role in supporting the successful adoption of Workday Student by:
- Building trust between project leadership, campus leaders, and faculty/staff
- Fostering collaboration across Colleges and teams
- Developing change leadership skills for guiding teams through change
- Ensuring communication that keeps stakeholders informed, involved, and recognized
- Time frame: August 2025 - TBD 2028
- Zoom meeting series every other month
- 4th Wednesday @ 11:00
