10/17/26 - 10/21/26: Workday is periodically unavailable. Time entry and all other Workday tasks will not be able to be completed in Workday during these times:

• Weekend of October 17, 18 (Saturday 10:00 a.m. – Sunday 11:00 p.m.)
• Evenings of October 19, 20, 21 (5:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.)

10/26/26: Workday Student functionality goes live in current Workday system – no action needed.

11/9/26: Training begins for Academic Administrative Support, Advisors, Deans & ADs, Student Support, and Unit Heads. See Training Courses by Role and Click Here to Register.  (Faculty training to occur in Jan. & Aug. 2027.)

12/1/26: Workday becomes the system of record for student personal information. Current students are invited to login to Workday to complete onboarding tasks. These tasks must be complete prior to registering for Fall 2027 courses in March 2027.
