Workday Student Training Courses by Role
Instructor-led training courses will be offered for faculty / staff in 50-minute sessions in-person at both the Valley and City campuses, as well as via Zoom.
Training may be supplemented with Office Hours which will be offered prior to activity launches and during peak activity times.

- Academic Administrative Support - Staff who provide administrative support to academic units, i.e. Academic Unit Coordinator, Professional Support Staff (PSS)
- Advisors
- Deans & Assistant/Associate Deans
- Faculty
- Student Support - Staff who provide support to students, i.e. Student Success Coaches, Professional Support Staff (PSS), Advisor adjacent roles
- Unit Heads
