GVSU's Department of Visual and Media Arts welcomes visiting artist Azikwie Mohammed (New York, NY) for a free public talk about his interdisciplinary practice, which includes photography, sculpture, installation, video, painting, and various mutual-aid initiatives. Mohammed will discuss recent projects that attempt to make the world a little less caustic, especially for people of color.
