Biography
Dr. Steve Glover is an Affiliate Faculty of Practice in the Seidman College of Business at Grand Valley State University. He has a uniquely diversified, multi-disciplinary teaching background consisting of both marketing and finance, enriched by practical experience earned during a 25-year career in financial services using both disciplines. He has taught at a number of institutions and began teaching at the Seidman College of Business at Grand Valley State University in 2021. Originally teaching finance, Steve is now teaching marketing. Steve received his doctorate degree from DePaul University in 2024, where he graduated with honors (summa cum laude). Steve earned his M.B.A. from Grand Valley State University, and his B.A. from Michigan State University.

DBA (Doctor of Business Administration), DePaul University. (2024). Graduated with honors (summa cum laude). Dissertation: “Political Ideology and Consumer Behavior of Independent Voters”. MBA, Grand Valley State University. (2012). BA, Business Administration, Broad College, Michigan State University. (1995). Earned financial services industry credentials such as the: Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, insurance licenses and various FINRA securities licenses (voluntarily surrendered upon retirement in 2021).
