Transformational Leadership

A focused exploration of energy policy, clean energy, sustainability, and community resilience. Participants examine local challenges, equity issues, and global energy trends through a Michigan-centered lens.

This offering blends theory and practice to support current and aspiring leaders as they navigate real-world organizational challenges. The experience is delivered over an extended period, allowing time for reflection, discussion, and application.

Digital Transformation

Project Management

Designed for managers in IT, finance, marketing, and operations, this hybrid program spans multiple modules over a short timeframe. Participants develop a digital strategy and toolkit to support organizational innovation.
