Biography
Dr. Natasha D. Reed earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Her research examines how social identities and organizational contexts shape employee experiences, with a focus on social class and identity threat. Her work has appeared in Current Psychology and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal, and she is leading a grant-funded study on identity-threat events and prosocial behavior. Prior to pursuing her Ph.D., Dr. Reed worked for a major not for profit U.S. health insurer in human resources and talent acquisition for over 12 years. Dr. Reed primarily uses experimental and multi-wave survey designs with statistical modeling to generate insights about employee well-being and organizational outcomes.
