Biography
Dr. Eunyoung Jang earned her Ph.D. in Marketing from Oklahoma State University, where she developed a deep passion for teaching and research in the field. She joined Grand Valley State University in 2024 as an Assistant Professor of Marketing. Before pursuing her doctoral studies, she led nationwide statistical research on Korean female businesses as a Research Associate at the Korean Women Entrepreneurs Association (KWEA). Additionally, she taught various marketing courses at Midwestern State University in Texas for three years. She is eager to bring her expertise in Marketing Research and Marketing Analytics to GVSU. Her research interests focus on the role of social cognition and emotions in consumer behavior. She was honored to win the Mary Kay Dissertation Proposal Award from the Academy of Marketing Science (AMS).
