Biography
Dr. Kyle Brink is a Professor of Management in the Seidman College of Business. Prior to joining GVSU, he was an assistant professor at St. John Fisher University and an associate professor at Western Michigan University. Dr. Brink has worked for Fortune 100 companies (UPS, Southern Company, BellSouth) and government organizations (Personnel Board of Jefferson County) where he provided human resource management solutions for identifying and developing talent. He also has extensive experience developing and validating employment selection procedures.

Dr. Brink's primary research interests are in the following areas: staffing and employment selection; diversity and equal employment opportunity; and management and human resource management, including their relevance and application to academia and business education.
