Biography
Dr. Dan Wiljanen is an affiliate faculty of practice member of the Management Department. He has over 30 years of experience in career counseling, leadership assessment, executive and organizational development, team building, management consulting, strategic planning, and human resources administration. For 25 years, Dan served in a variety of job roles for Steelcase, Inc., the worlds largest producer of high quality work environment products and services. Prior to creating Steelcase University and becoming its first Dean, he served as Vice President of Human Resources. Before joining Steelcase, Dan worked for Sundstrand Corporation.
