Biography
Dr. Ji (Miracle) Qi is an Assistant Professor of Marketing and Supply Chain Management in the Seidman College of Business at Grand Valley State University. She received both her Master and Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Alabama. Her research and publication interests include organizational frontline research (OFR) and supply chain integration. She also researches new technology such as AI and blockchain. At Seidman, Miracle teaches Marketing Research, and Operations Management.
