Inclusive Excellence
Cultivating a culture of belonging by championing educational equity, ensuring every individual is valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.

- Adoption of SEL approach by Senior Leadership Team and Provost Cabinet

- Shared Equity Leadership Fall touchpoint
- Incorporate feedback from sharing the SEL approach with the campus community

- Secure a person to work on creating a FSA manual
- Define metrics for attendance and engagement within FSA's, and develop tracking method

Holistic Well-being
Prioritizing the well-being of our community and fostering a culture of care and support. We provide resources and spaces that nurture all aspects of wellness, aligning with our commitment to a people-first culture.

- Develop one creative media (e.g., podcasts, illustrated vignettes) to humanize data for decision-makers and present/share in at least 1 leadership space.
- Present data to at least five different departments around systemic conflict patterns and identify feedback to present to leadership.
- Establish new think tank groups to brainstorm and pilot new ideas and create one tangible output tied to improving retention, well-being, or employee
