Description: Explore the connection between creativity and well-being through an interactive poetry experience. Participants will rotate through four hands-on stations, including blackout poetry, guided prompts, freewriting, and collage-making. Designed for all experience levels, this workshop offers a welcoming space to reflect and recharge. No prior writing experience is required. Bio: Hannah Applebee earned a bachelor's degree in Writing from Grand Valley State University and has spent the past five years working with literary journals. She currently serves on the editorial team at Honey Literary and has been published in fishladder. Hannah enjoys creating welcoming spaces for people to explore creative writing and believes poetry can be a tool to slow down, reflect, and connect with ourselves and others.
