The CDC, State of Michigan, local public health officials, and GVSU health experts have created a guide for event planning in order to enhance the protection of individuals and prevent the spread of COVID-19 within our community. Anyone planning an event at Grand Valley should use these guidelines to help inform their decision-making processes surrounding their particular events.

Event Services will begin taking reservations from Registered Student Organizations on July 6, 2021 for the Fall semester.

The contact must be a listed officer in LakerLink to submit a request. These in-person gatherings must follow all the Event and Meeting Guidelines, and the restricted room capacities for social distance purposes.

Located in room 1110 in the Russel H. Kirkhof Center, Event Services is the first place to come as you begin to plan your event.  We can help you to reserve meeting rooms, conference spaces, and information table space in Russel H. Kirkhof Center.  We can also assist student organizations with the planning of concerts, dances, conferences, and many other types of events.  Stop by or call, and let us help you plan your next event!

Event Services is a part of the Office of Student Life, which is a department of the Division of Student Affairs of Grand Valley State University.
